Black Death (2010)
Black Death (2010) is set in medieval England during the time of the bubonic plague. The film follows a young monk named Osmund, who is torn between his faith and the brutal realities of the world around him.
When a mysterious village is rumored to be untouched by the plague, a group of soldiers led by the fearsome Knight Ulric is sent to investigate, seeking to uncover the truth behind the village’s immunity.
Osmund is recruited to guide the soldiers, driven by his desire to find his lost love, who has fled to the village. As they arrive, they discover dark secrets and the presence of a necromancer, believed to be practicing witchcraft to protect the villagers.
