The soldiers face numerous challenges, including starvation, injury, and the relentless pursuit of their enemies.
As Aquila fights to survive and return to Roman territory, he must confront not only the external dangers of the wild but also the moral complexities of his mission and the brutality of war. The film explores themes of loyalty, courage, and the harsh realities of life as a soldier in a foreign land.
