THOR V: Legend of Hercules

Thor 5 has the potential to revitalize the franchise after the disappointment of Thor: Love and Thunder. The Marvel Cinematic Universe could greatly benefit from enlisting a renowned director and adapting an exciting storyline from Marvel Comics to ensure Thor’s next solo film is his best yet.
Chris Hemsworth’s Thor is among the few original Avengers still active in the MCU, and he currently holds a significant record as the only character to feature in four solo films—though Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is set to match this with Spider-Man 4.
Despite Hemsworth’s unique status in the MCU with his four solo outings, his most recent film did not meet Marvel’s expectations. While Thor: Love and Thunder achieved box office success, it also garnered significant criticism, becoming one of the most controversial entries in the franchise.
The film suffered from a clash of tones, as director Taika Waititi’s penchant for humor and improvisation detracted from the overall experience, unlike the widely beloved Thor: Ragnarok, which is regarded as one of the MCU’s finest films. Hemsworth’s Thor 5 needs to steer the franchise back on course, and Marvel possesses the ideal resources to make this happen.
