Raya and the Last Dragon (2021) is an animated fantasy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. Set in the mythical land of Kumandra, the story follows a young warrior named Raya (voiced by Kelly Marie Tran) who embarks on a quest to find the last remaining dragon, Sisu (voiced by Awkwafina), in order to save her world from an ancient evil force called the Druun.

Thousands of years ago, dragons protected Kumandra from the Druun, but when the dragons sacrificed themselves to defeat the evil, the land was divided into five tribes. Each tribe holds one piece of a magical gem that once kept the Druun at bay. When the Druun return, Raya, who is the daughter of the chief of the Heart Tribe, sets off on a dangerous journey to reunite the pieces of the gem and revive the dragons.

Along the way, Raya meets a variety of characters, including a young con artist named Boun, a giant baby, Tong, and a thief named Noi. Despite her initial mistrust of others, Raya learns the importance of unity, teamwork, and trust as she forms unexpected alliances with those she encounters.

In the final moments, Raya finds Sisu, and together, they work to restore the gem and defeat the Druun. Through self-sacrifice and belief in each other, they discover the true power of unity, and the land is restored, with the tribes coming together to rebuild Kumandra.
