In 2032, nearly a decade after the fall of Umbrella, an upstart biotech corporation called NEOGENE claims to have found the solution to ending all biological viruses on the planet. But when one of their secret labs in Greenland goes dark, the signs are clear: the T-Virus has returned… in an uncontrolled evolved form – the T-Ω (Omega).

Jill Valentine (Sienna Guillory) and Leon S. Kennedy (Robbie Amell) are re-assembled with a new BSAA task force to investigate. They discover an underground complex – where experiments have been conducted to fuse human DNA with nanotechnology, creating the Omega Strain: a creature with intelligence, stealth, and infinite regeneration.

As Chris Redfield (Jensen Ackles) leads the rescue team, he discovers that Albert Wesker (resurrected via bio-clone) is behind NEOGENE – the creation of a “superhuman” species to restart humanity from the ashes of extinction.
