THE IMMORTALS – WHEN EPICS & LEGENDS COME TO LIFE!

1. GAME OF THRONES – SEASON 5
An army of undead ice zombies is marching from the North. A rogue dragon is terrorizing the east. And in the south, poisonous snakes are considered breakfast. There’s never been any question the world of Game of Thrones is as heightened as it is horrific, and there has not been any shortage of reminders. Over the past four years, we’ve seen weddings end in slaughter, pets worn as hats, and a human head pop like a blood-filled balloon. In our world, smoke suggests fire. In Westeros, smoke suggests unexpected fratricide, not to mention worrisome intimate hygiene.
2. THE GREAT WALL 2
The story revolves around two European mercenary warriors (Damon and Pascal), who were captured by imperial Chinese forces inside the Great Wall of China after arriving in search of gunpowder. Eventually, they join forces with the Chinese to help fight an alien threat. Matt Damon, Jing Tian, Pedro Pascal, Willem Dafoe, and Andy Lau star in this American and Chinese co-production.
3. IMMORTALS
A Immortal is a divine being in the movie immortals. They are created after the Greek gods and are the Greek gods inside the movie called immortals. They live upon a kingdom called Olympus where they can see most of what is happen if not all in the world. Gods and immortals are the same thing.
4. CONAN THE BARBARIAN
In a land of chaos and ruin, where limbs are lopped off and stumps spout blood, and memories have faded of the hoary Arnold Schwarzenegger films of old, the hour has come to wheel Robert E Howard’s barbarian action hero back out of retirement. As played by Baywatch graduate Jason Momoa, Conan possesses “the heart of a king, the loyalty of a bloodhound” and the air of a peeved, preening surfer who can’t find the beach. He’s on a mission to save the ancient world and avenge his father’s death, battling an evil warlock and his witchy daughter (Rose McGowan, having fun). But it’s not all sorcery and swordplay.
5. THE HOBBIT: THE BATTLE OF THE FIVE ARMIES
Having navigated the barrels, spiders, riddles and ruins, it’s the chance to realise this gigantic, five-way battle royale that clearly prompted Jackson’s return to Tolkien’s world. So much so, in fact, that most other material falls by the wayside. Smaug is unleashed and dispatched in a fleeting ten minutes, his brief but spectacular reign of fire cut short by a monologue-stopping arrow. Likewise the rising menace of Sauron is skipped past with startling alacrity to make way for the main event.
6. HERCULES
Dwayne Johnson delivers an unforgettable performance in the role he was born to play – the mighty Hercules! When a new enemy threatens the innocent, Hercules must lead his fearless team of warriors in a battle against overwhelming odds.
