Survival Island (2002) follows a group of contestants on a reality TV show, set on a remote tropical island, where they must outlast one another to win a cash prize.

However, things take a sinister turn when a series of mysterious and deadly events begin to unfold, leaving the contestants fighting for their lives in a much more dangerous game than they signed up for.
