Wrath of the Titans (2012)

Wrath of the Titans (2012) is a fantasy action film and a sequel to Clash of the Titans (2010). The story is set in ancient Greece, where the gods’ powers are weakening due to humanity’s loss of faith. Perseus (Sam Worthington), the mortal son of Zeus (Liam Neeson), is living a quiet life as a fisherman with his son, Helius.
However, when Zeus is captured by the vengeful god Ares (Edgar Ramírez) and the Titan Kronos, Perseus is forced to embark on a dangerous journey to rescue his father and prevent the destruction of the world.
Joined by a small band of warriors—including the hero of the first film, Andromeda (Rosamund Pike), the demigod Perseus sets off into the underworld to defeat Kronos and free Zeus. Along the way, they encounter various mythical creatures and face numerous challenges, including battles with fearsome monsters like the Chimera and the Cyclops.
The film focuses on themes of heroism, loyalty, and sacrifice, as Perseus must ultimately choose between saving his father or saving the world.
The film combines epic action sequences, visual effects, and mythical elements, drawing on the rich lore of Greek mythology to create an engaging, high-stakes adventure.
