The film opens with Logan (Henry Cavill) living in isolation, having retired from his role as Wolverine. He’s haunted by past battles, the loss of friends, and his dwindling healing factor. He’s struggling with his immortality and the fading of his mutant powers. The story takes place in a harsh, dystopian future where mutants are hunted and the world is on the brink of chaos.

Jason Momoa stars as Viktor Creed, a menacing figure from Wolverine’s past with a new plan. However, this time he’s not just another villain – he’s been enhanced with cybernetic implants, making him more powerful than ever. Viktor is working for a clandestine government agency that captures mutants to harness their abilities for dark, militaristic purposes.

Wolverine is pulled from his isolated life when a group of young mutants, who have been selected for capture, seek him out for protection.
