Downton Abbey 3: A New Age

“Downton Abbey 3” is the third installment of the popular historical drama series, scheduled for release on September 12, 2025. Directed by Simon Curtis, the film continues the saga of the Crawley family and their team, exploring the social and personal transformations of the early 1930s.

The story is set in the early 1930s, a period marked by significant social changes and the looming threat of global conflict. The Crawley family faces new challenges as they adapt to a changing world. Principal photography began on May 13, 2024, and concluded in August 2024. The film is produced by Gareth Neame, Julian Fellowes, and Liz Trubridge, from a screenplay by Julian Fellowes. Focus Features will distribute the film in the United Kingdom and the United States.
