Prey (2022)
Prey (2022) is a science fiction action thriller directed by Dan Trachtenberg and serves as a prequel to the Predator franchise.
The film is set in 1719 in the Great Plains and follows Naru (played by Amber Midthunder), a young Comanche warrior who must protect her tribe from a highly skilled alien predator that hunts for sport.
Unlike the previous entries in the franchise, Prey adopts a more grounded and suspenseful tone, focusing on Naru’s resourcefulness, combat skills, and intelligence as she faces a technologically advanced adversary.
